All products are available for purchase from our secure website. Currently accepted cards are MasterCard - Debit & Credit Cards, Visa - Debit & Credit Cards, Solo, Maestro through PayPal.

Conditions of Sale:

The goods remain the property of the seller, until the seller receives payment in full, but the risks and all liability shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

Prices:

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Pictures & Images:

Great care has been taken to ensure that all Images, Pictures and Diagrams are accurate. Some pictures are example pictures these will be marked with example picture.

Fit for purpose:

Customers are responsible that the goods purchased are fit for the purpose they will be used for. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that boat trailers and products, and combination of products, comply with the current regulations, directives and the law.

Shipping Surcharge:

Certain postcode areas within the Scottish Highlands, the UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands carry a delivery surcharge.

Delivery Parts Only:

All goods are subject to availability, most orders are dispatched within same day of receipt and delivered within a further 48 hours; Monday - Friday, no dispatch or delivery; Saturday – Sunday. Proof of Delivery is required; please ensure there is someone at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. Trailers are collection only.

Damage or Shortages:

Check all products thoroughly on delivery and advise immediately by email in the event of any damage or shortages, notification must be received within 7 working days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges: Boat Trailers Ltd is confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your parts in the original packaging, in 'as new" condition.. For an exchange or refund, you must advise us within 7 working days and return within a further 7 working days. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost, we do not arrange to uplift or collect returned goods. Also the customer is responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their return to us.. Please obtain a 'proof of posting" certificate, from your post office or carrier when returning goods. Boat Trailers are sold NON REFUNDABLE, deposits are also taken on a NON REFUNDABLE basis purchaser must ensure that trailer ordered is suitable for the boat size and weight prior to ordering.

Returned Parts Surcharge: Goods returned for a refund through no fault of the seller, incur a 15% handling charge to cover administration, pick & packaging etc. Plus the original delivery carriage charge.

1 Year Guarantee:

Our guarantee extends only to the replacement or substitution of faulty goods and missing parts. It does not include charges for labour supplied, or any other incurred costs by a third party.
